2 Denver, NC Denver, NC Full-time Full-time $74,655 - $97,864 a year $74,655 - $97,864 a year Position Overview The Financial Reporting Accountant, working under the supervision of the CFO, will be responsible for the monthly consolidation and analysis of three (3) Wanzl North America (WNA) legal entities, assist in the forecast and budget process, upload financial results into the Wanzl global consolidation system, serve as the primary financial reporting liaison with the German headquarter office, ensure financial reporting accuracy, preparation of Power Point Presentations, fixed asset management, and SAP conversion support.

Duties and
Responsibilities:
Financial reporting liaison between WNA and the Corporate Controlling team in Germany to ensure reporting accuracy, change management, and respond to information requests Timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial statements for new Mexico legal entity Bridge US GAAP financial reporting to German GAAP according to prescribed guidelines Consolidation of North America legal entities including inter-company eliminations Upload all WNA financial results into the global consolidation system (C8 Cockpit) Assist with preparation and consolidation of WNA forecasts and annual budget Collaborate with finance team members to analyze and ensure accuracy of results across the operations in USA, Canada, and Mexico Prepare periodic business review PowerPoint Presentations for the Management Board Identify areas for process weaknesses and develop improvement implementation plans Manage fixed asset ledger for book and tax, and conduct periodic inventory of fixed assets Assist with the financial audit process Serve as back-up and provide support for other members of the finance team as needed Other duties as assigned including assistance and testing for an ERP conversion Skills and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Experience in a Manufacturing industry preferred, but not required.
Familiarity with ERP systems, SAP is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Working knowledge of U.
