Sales Design Consultant
A Shade Above, Charlotte's largest family owned and operated custom window fashions company, is looking to hire design consultant/sales representatives.
We are rapidly expanding our family of designers throughout North and South Carolina.
The position includes managing and carrying out activities associated with showroom and in-home sales.
We are currently hiring ambitious and dynamic individuals to service the Denver/Lincolnton/Mt.
Holly area.
This is a rewarding, fast-paced position founded on superior customer service.
The goal of a design consultant is to help a customer find the perfect window treatments for their home.
Job Duties Assist clients in their home and in our showroom, assessing their needs and guiding their product and fabric selections Establish and nurture community partnerships and generate fresh leads Measure windows and prepare quotes for clients Establish and maintain professional relationships with designers and other trade partners Required Skills Minimum of 2 years sales experience Eye for design and color- home interiors experience a plus Must be able to identify customer needs and provide solutions based on the available product selection Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills Strong computer and phone skills Must be organized and able to multi-task Position is Full Time and Commission Based Initial six months include a salary draw to assist with training and onboarding.
Beyond this period, enjoy unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions.
Salary:
Starting at $80,000.
